onelove-okarim: Created by : Opola Karim 2013 For one of my classes , we were assigned to create our own Mandalas. So I created a “Healing Mandala”. I gotta say , the experience of actually taking my time and patience was really soothing and relaxing. A healing mandala is something that brings energy and positive feedback to you it could be any design whatever responds to you well (there are different types). Really going to start doing more of these ! Such a stress reliever ! * This type of practice works for most and some not as much , always a good thing to try it out (:
